We are one of the oldest, largest, and most respected foundation contractors in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry. How many interview stages should I expect?

Our interview process typically consists of two rounds: - Initial phone screen - Culture fit in-person interview with a hiring manager - Outside sales and senior-level roles may have an additional round of interviews. - Offer!

What can I expect during the initial phone screen?

Our goal as recruiters is to give you a clear understanding of Olshan Foundation Solutions and get to know you. We will ask you questions about your background and what you are looking for in a company.

If I apply and I am not selected, will you notify me?

Yes! We do the right thing by letting candidates know what the decision is as soon as we know.

Are there any pre-employment tests required?

We require pre-employment drug tests and background checks for all driver and office opportunities. For upper-level positions, we require a pre-employment personality test.

Are there opportunities for growth and career advancement?

Yes! We are always looking to promote from within. We value improvement and love seeing our family improve. We offer tuition reimbursement to all our employees, please talk to Human Resources or your Office Manager to find out more!

Do you allow remote work?

No. We are in the construction industry, so our production teams are out on jobsites. While our office staff is onsite at the office location.

What should I expect during an interview for the Crew Member opportunity?

You can expect to meet with one of our friendly family members and have an opportunity to get to know Olshan Foundation Solutions. Our goal is to be the best employer you’ve ever had. We suggest you wear closed-toe shoes, and jeans to your interview. You might take notes, so feel free to bring a pen and paper.

Do you offer training for the Outside Sales role?

Yes! We offer four weeks of paid training, designed for you to learn our products, and services, how to properly inspect foundations, and create an effective repair plan. At the end of the training, your knowledge will be tested. If you pass you will become a Certified Sales Technician for Olshan Foundation Solutions.

How does the employeee referral program work?

We are always looking for great people to join our Family. We have incentive opportunities for our Olshan team members that recommend their friends and/or family to join our team.
